The RESET programme
A structured pathway through every stage of recovery.
Supporting people from initial engagement through to long-term continuity.
RESET Pathways is a connected recovery-support ecosystem designed to complement existing treatment, rehabilitation and community services. It provides organisations with structured resources, consistent facilitation and a clear progression route throughout different stages of recovery.
It does not replace clinical treatment or established support. It strengthens the space between services by helping participants build practical skills, maintain engagement and continue progressing.
Explore the four stages ↓One connected recovery pathway
Support that evolves as recovery needs change.
Someone preparing to engage requires different support from someone approaching discharge or building longer-term stability. RESET brings four connected programmes together within one framework.
RESET Foundations
Recovery readiness and engagement
Foundations helps participants understand their current situation, recognise their strengths and begin preparing for meaningful change.
It provides an accessible starting point for people who may be uncertain, newly engaged or not yet ready for a more intensive programme.
RESET Pathways
Early recovery and relapse prevention
Pathways provides structured recovery education covering daily routine, triggers, relapse prevention, identity, boundaries and longer-term planning.
Participants translate recovery concepts into realistic actions they can use in everyday life.
RESET Transition
Discharge, reintegration and recovery planning
Transition supports participants as they move beyond structured treatment or into greater independence.
Sessions focus on recovery lifestyle, relationships, managing challenges, community connection, purpose and creating a sustainable long-term plan.
RESET Continuity
Long-term recovery support and progression
Continuity provides an ongoing structure for reflection, connection and continued development.
Its open-entry format allows participants to revisit important recovery themes, maintain accountability and continue progressing without needing to restart a fixed programme.
Designed for flexible delivery
Built to work alongside existing provision.
RESET can be delivered in the format that best reflects each service, setting and participant group.
