Partner with RESET Pathways
Partnership built around shared purpose and practical delivery.
Working with recovery services to strengthen structure, continuity and progression.
RESET Pathways partners with organisations that want to strengthen recovery support without replacing the services, relationships and professional expertise already in place.
Each partnership begins with understanding the organisation, its participants and where RESET may add meaningful value. The aim is a defined, collaborative and responsible implementation.
Explore partnership ↓Why partnership matters
RESET works alongside services, not around them.
Partner organisations understand their communities, participants, governance and delivery environment. RESET contributes a structured recovery pathway, practical resources and implementation support. The strongest outcomes come from bringing these strengths together.
Strengthen continuity
Connect readiness, early recovery, reintegration and longer-term progression through one coherent framework.
Support consistent delivery
Give facilitators structured resources and guidance that can reduce preparation burden and improve consistency.
Learn through implementation
Use facilitator experience, participant feedback and operational learning to understand fit and inform future decisions.
Potential partner organisations
Designed for services supporting recovery and reintegration.
Partnership suitability depends on participant need, staff capacity, organisational oversight and the role RESET would play alongside existing provision.
Community services
Drug and alcohol services supporting engagement, recovery education and continued progression.
Residential treatment
Rehabilitation and treatment services seeking structured recovery and transition resources.
Aftercare provision
Services supporting discharge, reintegration, continuing care and longer-term recovery.
Supported accommodation
Recovery housing and supported-living services helping people build stability and independence.
Recovery organisations
Charities, peer-led organisations and community groups seeking additional structured provision.
Integrated partnerships
Multi-service pathways seeking clearer connection between different teams and recovery stages.
The pilot partnership
A defined opportunity to test RESET within a real service.
A pilot creates space to understand implementation, facilitator experience, participant engagement and organisational fit before either party makes a longer-term commitment.
Initial partnership discussion
We discuss the organisation’s services, participants, current provision, objectives and the areas in which RESET may add value.
Agree a clear pilot scope
The selected programme, delivery setting, facilitators, participant group, pilot duration, resource access and review expectations are confirmed.
Implement with support
Facilitators are prepared, resources are made available and RESET is delivered within the partner organisation’s existing governance and safeguarding arrangements.
Consider learning and next steps
Delivery experience, feedback, operational learning and available outcome information are reviewed together to inform the next decision.
Clear from the beginning
Every pilot is defined in writing before delivery begins.
Scope, responsibilities, resource access, confidentiality, review expectations and any future commercial arrangements are agreed directly with each partner.
A shared commitment
Partnership works when responsibilities are clear.
RESET supports implementation, but the partner organisation remains responsible for its staff, participants, governance and local service delivery.

Evidence and learning
Understanding what works, where and for whom.
Pilot learning is used to understand delivery experience and support responsible refinement. Data collection should remain proportionate, transparent and consistent with the partner organisation’s governance.
Participant experience
Appropriate feedback can help indicate whether participants found the programme accessible, relevant and useful.
Facilitator experience
Facilitator feedback helps assess usability, preparation, engagement and delivery confidence.
Operational learning
Partners can identify what supported implementation and where adjustments may be required.
Outcome information
Where appropriate, proportionate outcome indicators can contribute to the overall pilot review.
After the pilot
The review informs the next decision.
Completion of a pilot does not automatically commit either party to wider implementation. The evidence, experience and strategic fit should guide what happens next.
Refine
Adjust implementation or resources in response to practical learning.
Continue
Maintain delivery within an agreed scope where there is a clear fit.
Extend
Consider additional programmes, participant groups or service locations.
Conclude
Close the pilot responsibly where continuation is not appropriate.
