Protecting your privacy

RESET check-ins are intended to support anonymised feedback and programme learning. Do not include your full name, contact details or other unnecessary identifying information in written responses.

Your delivering organisation remains responsible for explaining how check-in information is used within its service.

!

This check-in is not monitored as an urgent support service

Do not use a check-in form to request immediate help. If you feel unsafe or believe you or another person may be at immediate risk, contact your facilitator, an appropriate member of staff, your local crisis service or the emergency services.

Thank you for taking a moment to check in.

Honest reflection helps you recognise progress, identify challenges and continue moving forward through the RESET journey.
