One connected recovery pathway

Support should evolve as recovery needs change.

Someone preparing to engage requires different support from someone approaching discharge or building longer-term stability. RESET brings these stages together within one connected framework.

It does not replace clinical treatment, therapy or established community provision. It strengthens the space between services by supporting practical learning, continued engagement and clearer progression.

Structured enough to support consistency. Flexible enough to complement different services.

The RESET ecosystem

Four programmes. One continuous journey.

Each programme responds to a different recovery stage while remaining connected to the wider pathway.

Why continuity matters

Recovery does not end when one programme or service finishes.

Movement between readiness, treatment, discharge and longer-term recovery can create gaps in structure and connection. RESET helps services create a clearer bridge across these transition points.

What is RESET Pathways?

RESET Pathways is a structured recovery-support framework designed to strengthen continuity across readiness, early recovery, reintegration and longer-term progression. It brings together four connected programmes, facilitator guidance, participant resources and practical outcome monitoring.

Who is RESET designed to support?

RESET is designed for organisations supporting adults affected by addiction and recovery. This may include treatment providers, rehabilitation services, community recovery organisations, supported accommodation and related services.

Does RESET replace treatment or clinical care?

No. RESET complements existing treatment, rehabilitation and community provision. It does not replace clinical assessment, medical care, safeguarding procedures, crisis support or the professional responsibilities of partner organisations.

How is RESET delivered?

RESET is delivered by prepared facilitators using structured session scripts, participant workbooks and supporting digital resources. This provides consistency while allowing facilitators to respond appropriately to the needs of each group.

Can RESET fit within an existing service?

Yes. RESET is designed to sit alongside existing provision. Its four-stage structure can help strengthen the pathway between engagement, treatment, discharge, reintegration and continued recovery support.

How can an organisation begin working with RESET?

The process begins with a conversation about your service, participant group and current recovery pathway. An appropriate pilot or implementation scope can then be agreed, followed by facilitator onboarding, resource access, delivery support and review.
